A holiday in Samui is never completed without visiting the picture-perfect Ang Thong Marine Park, Whose sheer limestone cliffs, hidden lagoons, white-sandy beaches and dense vegetation never fail to thrill. Ang Thong National Marine Park translates as "Golden Bowl" and occupies almost 250 sq. km of protected nature reserve consisting of over 40 islands. All of the islands are uninhabited and undeveloped except for one. The islands range in size from mere rocks in the deep blue sea to little paradise islands with white beaches and coconut trees. The book "The Beach" which the movie by the same name was based on starring Leonardo Di Caprio was inspired by and partially filmed at this location. Being in the Marine Park gives you the feeling of being an explorer, discovering the far ends of the world. The water is clean, calm and inviting, creating the perfect conditions to explore the park´s hidden treasures.

At Tours Koh Samui we offer two options for a visit to the marine park:

  • Our semi-private trip is designed for guests who prefer to avoid the crowds, enjoy safe and tranquil sailing, and value personal service.

  • Joint Speed boat trips are best for guests that look for an adventure and don't mind possibly uneasy boat rides with good value for money.

Our tour is specifically designed to avoid other groups of visitors whilst visiting the best attractions of the Marine Park

  • Boat Departs: 9.30am Returns: 6:15pm

Superb hospitality is assured by having minimum of 8 guests and maximum of 14 guests on the Blue Dragon and 34 on the Red Dragon Classic Thai Yacht (licensed for 74 plus 5).

The tour price includes hotel transfers, appetizers, lunch, soft drinks, towels, the use of complete snorkeling equipment, a life jacket, and full insurance coverage (Tour prices does not Include the admission fee to the marine park currently 300 THB for adults 150 for children, optional sea kayaking rental fee of 250 THB per a person or optional scuba diving charges).
