Tours Koh Samui Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tours Koh Samui Refund and Cancellation Policy attempts to accommodate our guest as much as possible and we charge only minimal fee in case of cancellation in accordance with the following guideline.

A FULL REFUND will be issued to the guest in the following circumstances:

1. If cancellation by our guest takes place more than 48 hours prior to schedule start of tour - cancellation must be made by phone or email.
2. In the case where cancellation has been made by Tours Koh Samui due to weather condition as explained below or for any other reason.

WEATHER CONDITIONS: If the weather on the day of your booked tour prevents us from having a safe and enjoyable experience you will be informed that the trip is cancelled or of the need to change your tour to another day. Please note that in the event of light rain without strong winds or big waves we will NOT cancel any tour; as it does not prevent us from having an enjoyable and safe experience.

In the event of a guest being absent at the scheduled start time of the tour or in the event that any guest cancels their tour after the 48 hour notice period prior to the scheduled start of the tour; NO refund of deposit paid will be issued to the guest UNLESS:

1. The guest has requested to change the date of the tour or to credit the cost of the tour towards another tour at least 12 hours prior to scheduled start of tour – NO penalty fee will be charged for the first request. Requests for subsequent booking alterations will be charged at a MAXIMUM of 800 Thai Baht per a person.
2. The guest has requested to change the date of the tour due to weather conditions (such as light showers or heavy cloud cover) at least 1 hour prior to schedule start of tour – NO penalty fee will be charged for the first request. Requests for subsequent booking alterations will be charged at 800 Thai Baht per a person. (This situation applies when the guest does not agree that the weather conditions will not prevent us from having safe and enjoyable experience.)

The above cancellation policy do not apply for privet tours, boat charter, and transfers
No refund of deposit made by guest will be made for privet tours, boat charter or transfers unless Tours Koh Samui cancel the service due to weather condition or any other reason as explained above - a full refund will be issued to the guest.

Cruise Ship Visitors exception In case guest advise us minimum of 16hr prior to the schedule start time of a privet tour booked of cancellation due to cruise ship cancellation of stopover in Koh Samui, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation. Please note that refunds issued more than 60 days from original deposit will incur payment receiving and sending processing fees charge by our payment gateways of approximately 5.8% plus0.6 US$. Refunds issued less than 60 days from original deposit will incur cancelation fee imposed by Paypal of aproximate 0.30US$.

Please note that the above guidelines are what you should expect as worst case scenario. Tours Koh Samui will do everything possible to keep cancellation / amendment costs to a minimum. Each cancellation case will be individually evaluated by our European management team to determine if there were any conditions that will warrant full refund.
