Tours Koh Samui Refund policy

Tours Koh Samui refund policy attempts to accommodate our guest as much as possible and we charge only minimal fee in case of cancellation in accordance with the following guideline.

When Tours Koh Samui cancel the tour due to weather condition as explained below or any other reason - a full refund will be issued to the guest.
If the weather on the day that you would like to go on the tour prevents us from having safe and enjoyable experience we will contact you as early as possible and recommend changing the date or canceling the tour you booked on line and issuing full refund of your payment.  Please note that if we just have light rain without strong wind or big waves we will not cancel the tours as it does not prevent us from having enjoyable and safe experience.

Cancellation by our guest more than 48 hours prior to schedule start of tour - partial refund will be issued of the original payment less processing fee of 800 Thai Baht per reservation.

When our guest do not show up for the tour or cancels tour booked less than 48 hours prior to schedule start of tour - no refund will be issued to the client unless: 

1. Guest request to change the date of the tour or use the payment made towards another tour at least 12 hours prior to schedule start of tour – no penalty fee will be assessed for the first request.  Subsequent changes request will be charge of 800 Thai Baht per reservation.
   
2. Guest request to change the date of the tour due to weather condition at least 1 hour prior to schedule start of tour – no penalty fee will be assessed for the first request.  Subsequent changes request will be charge of 800 Thai Baht per reservation. This case occurs when it is our opinion that the weather on the day that our guest booked a tour do not prevents us from having safe and enjoyable experience but our guest do not agree with our opinion.

The above cancalation policy do not apply for privet tours and boat charter No refund of deposit made by guest will be made for privet tours and boat charter unless Tours Koh Samui cancel the tour due to weather condition or any other reason as explained above - a full refund will be issued to the guest.

All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.  Please note the refund issued more than 60 days from original payment will be assessed payment receiving and sending processing fees charge by our payment getaways of approximate 5.8%  plus US$0.6  For detail information please visit our payment getaways at https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-fees-outside

Please note that the above guidelines are what you should except as worst situation. Each cancellation case will be evaluated by our management team to determine if there were any condition that will warrant full refund.
